Dave and Kathleen have served as Foursquare Pastors in the Pacific Northwest for over 25 years. Now God has called them to a new adventure in the South Pacific serving as FMI Emissaries.
Ministry Bio
We have been called by the Lord to assist workers in the South Pacific. Our work will begin in American Samoa with FMI workers Bam and Helen Lauvao. American Samoa will be our home base as we provide pastoral care to FMI workers throughout the South Pacific Islands.

June 2024 Update
Greetings all! Kathleen and I would like to give you an update on our last six months and our near future minister plans.
Greetings all! Kathleen and I would like to give you an update on our last six months and our near future minister plans.
Hope Chapel Kona Foursquare is our home church and we are still very involved in pastoral care, inner healing, leading a small group, teaching Sunday School and doing the bookkeeping. Kathleen has added the job of facilitating the Welcome Center.
On the YWAM front we have moved our focus from the University of the Nations campus over to the Ships campus as they have a greater need for us. We have had many inner healing (emotional, mental and spiritual healing), appointments with the staff and students.. Ships is a YWAM base focused on medical care partnered with evangelism to remote places in the Pacific and South East Asia.
Our upcoming travels in July will take us to Sydney, Bribane and Melbourne, Australia for three weeks. We were invited by other South Pacific Emissaries and Foursquare pastor Dave and Luell Parr. We will be doing two 2 day conferences on Emotional, Mental and Spiritual Inner Healing. Also, Kathleen will be presenting at a Foursquare Women’s Conference, Dave will be present at a Foursquare Men’s breakfast. Dave will also be preaching on Sunday mornings at several churches. There will be opportunities for us to visit ethnic churches to minister and fellowship with them.
We will be flying from Melbourne to Phuket, Thailand for a Foursquare Missions International Retreat. Missionaries, pastors, leaders and emissaries from South East Asia and the South Pacific will gather for 5 days. The goal is to be refreshed, encouraged, minister too, and network. Retreats and gatherings like this are where we have made many of our contacts for the Inner Healing Ministry.
The last two weeks in September will be in Fiji. We will have one three day conference in Suva (west side of the island) and another three day conference in Nadi (east side of the island). We will again be teaching Inner Healing to the pastors and leaders of the Foursquare churches. Joining us will be missionaries to Fiji Chris and Heidi.
We will be flying out of Nadi to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for a week to attend the Eastern Conference of Foursquare Churches gathering. Our purpose for attending is to network with the missionaries. As people get to know us many avenues for pastoral care open up. We have found personal contact to be essential to initiating Inner Healing Ministry,
